Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
