English — Level is an international beach tennis ranking and community application operated by LY Enterprises LLC, doing business as Own Beach Tennis, in Puerto Rico, United States. LY Enterprises LLC is the controller of personal information described in this policy. Privacy inquiries may be sent to info@ownbt.com.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, one-way password hash, and, when voluntarily provided, phone number.
• Player profile: optional profile photo, division, level, home court, municipality or region, rating, ranking, match record, tournament participation, and community connections.
• Community content: match reports, validations, invitations, tournament information, reports submitted to support, and messages if messaging is enabled in a future release.
• Device information: Expo push token and device platform when you allow notifications.
• Facebook Login: where offered and selected, Meta supplies a user identifier, name, email, and profile image. We do not use this information for advertising.
• Sign in with Apple: when selected on iOS, Apple supplies a user identifier and may supply your name and email address, including an Apple private-relay address if you choose to hide your email.
• Google Sign-In: when selected on Android, Google supplies a user identifier, verified email address, name, and optional profile image. We use this information only for account authentication and app functionality.
• Operational information: server logs may contain IP address, request time, security events, and technical error information.

Purposes and legal bases

We process information to provide your account and requested app functions; calculate and display rankings; operate matches, tournaments, safety, and support; deliver notifications you permit; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with law; and maintain service reliability. Depending on your location, our legal bases are performance of our agreement with you, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, consent where requested, and compliance with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Visibility and service providers

Your player name, optional profile photo, home court, municipality or region, rating, ranking, match record, and tournament participation may be visible to other users. We use providers necessary to operate the service, which may include hosting providers, Expo, Apple for Sign in with Apple and push notifications, Google when you select Google Sign-In, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and Meta when you select Facebook Login. Providers may process data only to perform services for us and must protect it consistently with applicable law and this policy. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users, rights, and the service.

International transfers

Level is operated from the United States and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have different privacy laws from your country. Where required, we rely on recognized transfer mechanisms and contractual or organizational safeguards.

Retention, security, and deletion

We retain account data while your account is active and only as long afterward as reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution obligations. Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes. We use encrypted network connections and access controls, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You can permanently delete your account under Profile → Delete Account. This removes authentication identities, contact details, profile photo, device tokens, and private messages. Completed match and tournament results may remain only with the player identity anonymized so other participants’ sporting records remain accurate. If you cannot access the app, use the account deletion page.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, withdraw consent, or receive a portable copy of your information, and to appeal or complain to a privacy regulator. Email info@ownbt.com to exercise a right. We may verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Children

Level is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13. Users must also meet any higher minimum age required in their country to consent to use of an online service. If you believe a child provided personal information without valid authorization, contact us for removal.

Changes and contact

Recopilamos datos de cuenta (nombre, correo, hash de contraseña y teléfono opcional); perfil de jugador (foto opcional, división, nivel, cancha, municipio o región, rating, ranking e historial); contenido de partidos, torneos, invitaciones y soporte; token de notificaciones y plataforma cuando autorizas notificaciones; identificador, nombre, correo y foto de Meta cuando eliges Facebook Login; identificador, nombre y correo —incluido un correo privado de retransmisión si así lo eliges— de Apple cuando usas Sign in with Apple; identificador, correo verificado, nombre y foto opcional de Google cuando eliges Google Sign-In; y registros técnicos como IP, hora, eventos de seguridad y errores. Los usamos para prestar las funciones solicitadas, operar rankings y torneos, brindar soporte, enviar notificaciones autorizadas, prevenir fraude y abuso, cumplir la ley y mantener el servicio. No vendemos datos personales ni los usamos para publicidad conductual entre contextos.

Visibilidad, proveedores y transferencias internacionales

Tu nombre de jugador, foto opcional, cancha, municipio o región, rating, ranking, partidos y torneos pueden ser visibles para otros usuarios. Proveedores como alojamiento, Expo, Apple, Firebase y Meta pueden procesar datos únicamente para operar el servicio. Level opera desde Estados Unidos y los datos pueden procesarse en Estados Unidos u otros países bajo las salvaguardas exigidas por la ley aplicable.

Retención, seguridad, eliminación y derechos

Conservamos los datos mientras la cuenta esté activa y después solo durante el tiempo razonablemente necesario por obligaciones legales, seguridad, prevención de fraude o disputas. Usamos conexiones cifradas y controles de acceso. Puedes eliminar la cuenta en Perfil → Eliminar cuenta o usar la página de eliminación. Los resultados históricos podrán conservarse únicamente con la identidad anonimizada.

Según tu país, puedes solicitar acceso, corrección, eliminación, restricción, oposición, retiro de consentimiento o portabilidad, y presentar una reclamación ante la autoridad de privacidad correspondiente. Menores y cambios

Level es un servicio de audiencia general y no está dirigido a menores de 13 años. También debes cumplir la edad mínima superior que exija tu país para consentir al uso de servicios en línea. Publicaremos aquí cualquier actualización y su fecha de vigencia.
